- The Franchisor has all the necessary approval documents, licenses and certificates confirming the legal activities of the Franchisee in the territory of the Franchisee’s company.
Management/Business Qualification Requirements
- The Franchisee partner has at least 5 years of business experience;
- The Franchisee organization has a representative office / carries out business activities in the territory of the state for at least 5 years.
