Is it possible to emerge from a franchise?

In order to stop working under a franchisor, you must terminate the agreement with them. Termination may occur by mutual agreement of the parties, at the end of the contract or by court. You can't just stop running a franchise. The franchisor must be notified of your decision. Otherwise, there will be a lawsuit. Termination of a contract may be regarded as a lost profit for the franchisor, so the franchisee will have to pay compensation. In each contract, this is prescribed individually.
