We train by appointment only, always under supervision, aimed at getting results and in the privacy of a small size studio which is an oasis in our hectic modern life. The studio is only 80m2, which keeps the rent relatively low. Low employee count, so low overhead costs, scaling possible by opening a 2nd studio and so on. The studio is cooled so our members don't sweat inspite of their intense training in slow motion fashion. Changing clothes and taking a shower afterwards is not necessary.
fit20 is scientifally proven. We conducted the largest study ever done in exercise science. The fit20 study was published by Solent University in England in 2022. Based on the training data of nearly 15,000 fit20 practitioners, the scientific evidence is there: everyone regardless of age, gender and starting level became 30 to 50% stronger as a result of the fit20 training.
