Your responsibilities:

• Managing and representing I2D Real Estate L.L.C - Invest2Dubai.com brand in your country of residence.
• Providing consultancy services to the international clients about the UAE Real Estate market & Company Formation helping investors to select the best investment opportunity in the UAE.
• Acquiring and serving investors from your country and/or investors around the world interested in purchasing, selling and renting residential and commercial properties in the United Arab Emirates.
• Planning and implementing promotional, marketing and sales activities in order to acquire new customers and retain existing ones.
• Maintaining the highest level of relationships with agents of other real estate & company formation brokers in Dubai and representatives of developers from the UAE.
• Managing business negotiations with sellers & buyers, preparing contracts „A & B”, verifying sales contracts „F” and organizing the rental of real estate for the investors if necessary.
• Financial management of the franchise branch, including financial reporting and achieving own sales goals.
• Implementation of standards and strict enforcement of security procedures, including company regulations regarding counteracting money laundering and terrorist financing.
• Business development strategy planning and ongoing reporting of results to the headquarter of I2D Real Estate L.L.C in Dubai.

Requirements:

• Attested Degree or attested High School Diploma Certificate from your country of residence (UAE Visa requirements).
• Own registered business or limited liability company (preferred but not obligatory).
• Experience in the real estate industry(preferred but not obligatory).
• Readiness to participate in two professional 1 + 2 weeks training sessions or one 3 weeks training session in Dubai, UAE. (up to 15 working days).
• Identifying new business opportunities for investors interested in purchasing residential & commercial property in United Arab Emirates.
• Initiating and building relationships with developers and real estate brokers in the UAE to sell exclusive projects both off-plan and secondary market.
• Educating international clients about the UAE Real Estate market and Company.
  Formation processes helping them to select the best investment opportunity.
• Effective navigation and updating sales process through the company’s CRM.
• Maintaining clear communication through the sales process to ensure customer high level of experience and satisfaction.

• 3 weeks (1 week - Phase I + 2 weeks - Phase II) professional UAE Real Estate Brokerage & Company Formation Training in Dubai, UAE.
• 2 years residency VISA to the UAE (based on direct employment with I2D Real Estate L.L.C)
• UAE Real Estate Regulatory Authority Broker Card + Exam fee preparation.
• Emirates ID assistance (UAE Government-issued identity card for the UAE’s citizens and residents).
• Commission sales up to 20 % - secondary market, up to 7 % - primary market (off-plan).
• 100 % participations level in sales commission (Real Estate Brokerage)
• No sales plan
• Direct access to hundreds of the best residential projects for sale in the United Arab Emirates market.
• Work from country of your residence or/and from our office in Dubai, UAE.
• Transaction support from our experienced Dubai Real Estate Brokers & Company Formation partner agents located in Dubai, UAE.
• Assistance with the UAE personal bank account opening process.
• Share in the revenues of subordinate franchise branches (Master franchise option)
