Franchise Description: Pandora Greenbox™ is a Casual Dinning concept serving vegan and meals. The concept offers inline store units. The brand provides a high-margin business model with extensive support for the Pandora Greenbox™ franchisee. The Pandora Greenbox™ brand provides know-how, books of standards for visual identity, architecture, logistic support and training for the franchisees.
Training Overview: All individuals who sign the Franchise Agreement as a franchisee must attend and successfully complete the two-week-long Pandora Greenbox™ Training program to the franchisor’s satisfaction. Prior to attending the training program and after they have purchased a franchise.
Territory Granted: Franchisees will receive an exclusive territory under the Franchise Agreement or any related agreements. The franchisor will grant franchisees exclusivity rights to a territory under its Exclusive Area Development Program.
Obligations and Restrictions: Even if franchisees do not personally supervise their store, they must attend and satisfactorily complete the training program, unless the franchisor permits otherwise. Even if franchisees choose to employ a manager to supervise their store, the franchisor strongly recommends they personally devote a substantial amount of time to the franchised business. Franchisees must operate the unit in strict compliance with all required methods, procedures, policies, standards, and specifications of the system in the Operations Manual and in other writings issued by the franchisor.
Term of Agreement and Renewal: The length of the franchise term is 10 years. The franchise will automatically renew for additional 10 year periods, unless either party chooses not to renew. The franchisor has the right to refuse renewal if franchisees are not in full compliance.
