- Assistance in producing a business plan for proposed business based on real experience for new starts or converting your existing brokerage business.
- Business Set up assistance if needed.
- Locating suitable premises if needed.
- Agent Recruitment, induction training and ongoing training to support their success.
- Discounted deals with all the major property portals.
- In house CRM and management systems.
- Access for Leasing to all vacant Asteco Managed Properties (Over 20,000 units under management).
- Access to any exclusive sales developments where Asteco is appointed as the agent.
- In house marketing team to create marketing campaigns specific to your business. Includes all project landing pages and marketing templates.
- Listing all your available units on Asteco website.
- Experienced Business Mentor to support you and your business.
The process is:
- Arrange and initial meeting so that we understand what your plan and aims are and we can answer any initial questions. This includes the area that you are considering operating in. Explain to you the different options and costs for the franchise.
- If you are satisfied to continue then put a Non-Disclosure agreement in place between us.
- We send all the agreements and documents for you to review.
- Work on a business plan with you.
- We forward a full proposal to you outlining all the costs and the agreements.
- If you are happy to continue then we will create a plan with you to launch the business.
- Induction training.
- Business Launch.
- Ongoing training and agent recruitment based on the business plan.
- Franchise Business Development meeting.

Offices required are from shared workspace offices to 2,000 sq ft offices or above.

Asteco Real Estate Brokerage in the UAE and Middle East (All franchisees offered outside the UAE cover all the Real Estate Services of Asteco – Asset Management, Property Management, Owners Association, Valuations and Advisory and Building Services.
How much does the Asteco franchise cost?
Asteco has franchise fee $50,000 with a total initial investment from $85,000.

Asteco Franchise Business Model
An established franchise office, after 2 years of trading (in its 3rd year) is expected to have an annual income of $5m with a 25% Net profit.
