Your responsibilities
- Brand leadership in your market. Represent the I2D Real Estate L.L.C — Invest2Dubai.com brand in your country of residence.
- Client advisory. Provide consulting to international clients on UAE real estate and company formation, helping investors choose the most suitable opportunities.
- Business development & sales. Source and serve investors in your country and globally for purchase, sale, and leasing of residential and commercial property in the UAE.
- Marketing & retention. Plan and execute promotional, marketing, and sales activities to acquire new customers and retain existing ones.
- Partner relations. Build and maintain high-level relationships with UAE developers and with agents at other real estate and company-formation brokerages.
- Deal execution. Lead negotiations with sellers and buyers, prepare A & B contracts, verify F sales contracts, and arrange rentals for investors when required.
- Branch P&L. Manage franchise finances, including reporting and delivery of sales targets.
- Compliance & security. Implement company standards and enforce AML/CFT procedures in line with internal regulations.
- Growth reporting. Plan expansion strategy and provide ongoing performance reports to I2D Real Estate L.L.C headquarters in Dubai.
Requirements
- Education: Attested degree or attested high-school diploma from your country of residence (per UAE visa requirements).
- Legal entity: Own registered business or LLC (preferred, not mandatory).
- Industry background: Experience in real estate (preferred, not mandatory).
- Training readiness: Availability for two sessions (1 + 2 weeks) or one consolidated 3-week session in Dubai (up to 15 working days).
- Opportunity sourcing: Identify new opportunities for investors in UAE residential and commercial property.
- Developer & broker network: Initiate and grow relationships to sell exclusive off-plan and secondary projects.
- Client education: Guide international clients through UAE real estate and company-formation processes to align them with the best investments.
- CRM excellence: Navigate and update the sales pipeline using the company CRM.
- Communication quality: Maintain clear, timely communication across the deal cycle to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
