Gelatissimo, one of the largest Gelato franchises in Australia, continues to expand overseas. The franchise was started in 2002 and now Gelatissimo owns 45 stores across Australia and 17 ones abroad. After the stores in Bangladesh and India are opened, there will be 66 Gelatissimo outlets worldwide. Brazilian and Indian dessert markets are also considered to be very profitable, as the countries are highly populated and the citizens have a big sweet-tooth.Therefore, the franchisees see good prospects in developing their business in both regions.
